Tealreach Lending arranges introductions and is not a lender
Tealreach Lending does not lend money, open credit lines or buy card receivables itself. It takes a request by phone or through the request form, talks it through with the business, and passes it to lenders and merchant cash advance providers that work with it as funding partners.
Each funding partner runs its own review and makes its own decision
A partner decides whether to make an offer at all. It can ask for documents, may check business and personal credit, and applies its own standards. Tealreach Lending cannot change a partner's decision or speak for the partner. Calling or sending the request form is not a credit application.
Amounts, rates and terms belong to the partner offer
Any offer, including its amount, its rate or factor, its fees, its payment schedule and any collateral, comes from the partner and is set out in the partner's own documents. Read those documents in full before signing; an offer can be declined. A merchant cash advance is not a loan: the provider buys part of future card sales and collects it from those sales. Nothing on this site states a rate, an amount or a decision in advance.
Businesses and uses of funds outside what Tealreach Lending arranges
Tealreach Lending does not arrange funding for agriculture or trucking businesses, real estate purchases, work on buildings or sites, fuel systems, or SBA loans.
